If you do not want to miss any call or notification, and you are not able to watch the phone all the time, all you have to do is connect the phone to your watch using the app and bluetooth. The watch will display real-time information about incoming calls with the contact name from the phone book on your smartphone. You will also see notifications from social apps and SMS messages. You can read the beginning of the message on your smartwatch, as well as the content of notifications from the applications you have selected.

The measurement is about 20 seconds and the watch presents real-time heart rate data. The measurement history is saved in the application. Heart rate measurement can be done with single measurements or continuous measurement can be set. For people suffering from arrhythmias, the heart rate alarm function is very useful. The alarm is activated when the user defined value is exceeded. Heart rate measurement can be done with single measurements or set to automatic measurement.

Set a heart rate limit. If it is exceeded, the device will inform you about it by vibration.

There is a temp sensor on the back of the watch. Measurement can be done manually directly from the watch or enabled by automatic monitoring. Then the watch will automatically measure our temperature at the time interval of our choice and record the measurement results for each day and hour/minute.

Measurement takes ok. 20 seconds and the watch presents data in real time and all results are saved in a dedicated application on a smartphone. A useful function is also the heart rate alarm. It turns on when the value set by the user is exceeded.

One rising and falling of the chest is one breath, i.e. one inhalation and one exhalation. The number of breaths per minute is called the frequency of breathing. The human body inhales oxygen and exhales carbon dioxide to maintain normal lung function when it is calm is about 12-22 times per minute.
