Characteristics of the set

Five diameters of rollers

The rollers available in diameters 16, 19, 23,5, 25,1 and 30 mm allow you to adjust the tool to different sizes of valve seats. This allows one set to support a wide range of heads without the need for separate tools for each engine.

Three threaded extensions

Extensions with lengths of 69,5 mm, 115 mm and 119 mm allow you to adjust the reach of the tool to the depth of the valve chamber. The threaded connection ensures stable and reliable force transfer when compressing valve springs.

Standardized height of rollers

The uniform roller height of 47,5 mm provides a repeatable point of support on the head, which reduces the risk of damage to the surface during operation and facilitates control over the spring disassembly process.

Transport case included

All items are stored in a dedicated case with molded sockets. This makes it easier to complete the set after work and transport between service stations, as well as protects the elements from mechanical damage.

Choosing the right diameter of the roller

Before starting work, measure the outer diameter of the valve spring or check the technical data of the engine. The roller should rest firmly on the spring bowl – too small can damage it, too large will not provide proper support. Head manufacturers often specify spring dimensions in technical documentation or spare parts catalogues.
