Putting the weight on the carpet, carpet, soft bathroom walkway or on uneven tiles will ensure that the strain gauges are not properly weighted, which will lead to falsification and underestimation of the measurement result.

2. How does the auto-on and off function work? The scale has a "Step-On" system. This means that you do not have to turn it on with any button or "tap" it into the platform. Just stand on it stably, and the scale immediately activates, measures and blocks the result on the screen. When you step off the scale, the display will turn off automatically after 10 seconds of inactivity, saving batteries.
