This ultra-thin weight examines body composition (weight, body fat, muscle, bone mass and water) and synchronizes the collected data with the smartphone, showing them in the form of easy-to-read trend lines, which helps in faster achievement of the assumed goals.

Know your body

Body Cardio performs accurate measurements of body weight, BMI, body water content, muscle mass and bone mass. The data obtained in this way allows the user to follow long-term trends and better plan trainings.

Know your heart

Body Cardio measures your heart rate in an upright position.

The solid aluminum base and a thickness of only 1,8 cm make the Body Cardio the thinnest and most stable weight available on the market.

With its unique design, the Body Cardio takes accurate measurements on any surface, from floor panels to thick carpet.

Automatic synchronization

Each weighing result is sent directly to the Health Mate app via WiFi or Bluetooth.

Forget about charging

The Body Cardio scale can work up to a whole year before you need to recharge it with the included micro-USB cable. Do not try to make a self-diagnosis based on weight measurements and always consult your doctor before taking any treatment.

Most people during weight loss focus only on their total body weight, but it is also worth knowing what is behind this number. Body Cardio shows the content of body fat, muscle and water in the body to give us a full picture of the situation and make it easier to determine training goals.

Data at your fingertips

The result of each weighing is automatically transmitted to the Health Mate app via WiFi or Bluetooth. This allows you to check your measurement history at any time and see which exercises are getting the best results.

Body Cardio measures the heart rate wave (PWV) rate recognized by the medical community as an indicator of the overall cardiovascular health. PWV is the speed at which a blood wave spreads along the arteries. Elevated PWV reading may be a sign of arterial stiffness, indicating an increased risk of hypertension*.

Body Cardio allows you to read PWV directly on the scale screen, while weighing. In the Health Mate app you will find a complete set of information on how to lower PVW levels and tips on how to make small lifestyle changes – e.g. Adequate diet and increased activity – can have a big impact on the overall condition of the cardiovascular system.

Always consult your doctor before taking any treatment.
