The dietary supplement proADEK® is a product in which the synthetic form of vitamin A has been replaced with natural provitamin A – beta-carotene. Our body converts beta-carotene into vitamin A.

What are the contraindications of vitamin K supplementation and what is the safe dose?

Vitamin K2 is a very safe form and no toxic effects are known. According to Orientation paper, EVM provides a level (GL) of 1000 ug, regardless of the supply of vitamin K from a normal diet Vitamin K2 does not accumulate in a significant amount in the liver.
