K2-Vitum forte is a dietary supplement that contains vitamin K2 dissolved in cold-pressed, unrefined linseed oil with a high content of omega-3 acids. In K2-Vitum forte vitamin K2 is in the form of MK-7 – menaquinone. This is important due to the fact that this form of vitamin K2 is involved in bone metabolism, and more specifically in the process of incorporation of calcium into bone tissue. Since the body is not able to synthesize vitamin K2 in sufficient quantities, supplementation is recommended.

APPLICATION: The preparation is recommended for adults to supplement their diet with vitamin K2.

RECOMMENDED USE: adults – 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Maintaining proper health requires balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

DAILY PORTION (1 capsule) contains: 200 μg of vitamin K2 MK-7 (266% of the reference intake) and 450 mg of flaxseed oil, including 225 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).
