Ingredients: maltodextrin, vitamin blend [thiamine (thiamine mononitrate),riboflavin, niacin (nicotinic acid amide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate),inositol, p-aminobenzoic acid, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride),choline (choline bitartrate), folic acid (pteroilomonoglutamic acid),vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), biotin (D-biotin)],capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose)],anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts.

Usage: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water with a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
