Vitamin E-400 from NOW Foods is a high-quality supplement supplementing vitamin E and selenium deficiencies in the body. These substances protect cells from oxidative stress. Selenium also contributes to the proper course of spermatogenesis, i.e. the process of sperm formation and maturation. It helps in the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and supports the immune system.

Vitamin E is often called the “vitamin of youth”. It is one of the strongest antioxidants (antioxidants). It can neutralize free radicals, thanks to which it protects the body against aging.
