Vegetology Vitamin D3 4000iu is a vegan dietary supplement with vitamin D3 obtained from lichens. Each tablet provides 100 µg of vitamin D3, or 4000 IU, in a convenient form of a small tablet for chewing or swallowing.
Action: Vitamin D helps in the proper functioning of the immune system, maintaining healthy bones and teeth, and in the proper functioning of muscles. It also helps in the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus and in maintaining normal levels of calcium in the blood.
Important information: the maximum daily dose contains 4000 IU (100 µg) of vitamin D. The product is intended only for healthy adults over 75. year of life.
Ingredients: vitamin D3 (Vitashine®: Arabic gum, medium chain triglycerides, antioxidants: vitamin C, natural vitamin E; anti-caking agents: stearic acid, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), organic baobab; maltodextrin.
Recommended daily intake: adults over 75. Year of life: 1 tablet a day, preferably after a meal. The tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole with water.
