Ingredients: Maltodextrin, capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Allergens: The product may contain traces of milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
Usage: Take one capsule daily with plenty of water, preferably with a meal. A portion of the product is recommended to be consumed during the day in one dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It should not be used in pregnant or breast-feeding women, or in children under 18. year of age.
