Dietary supplement Vitamin B12 Hydroxocobalamin is a preparation in the form of vegetable capsules containing vitamin B12 in the form of hydroxocobalamin (100 mcg). The product is recommended for adults as a supplement to the daily diet with vitamin B12.

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble substance, also called cobalamin, because it contains metal – cobalt in its structure. It is present mainly in products of animal origin: meat, eggs, fish – the most vitamins contain livers and kidneys. Vitamin B12 is important for the proper functioning of our bodies.
