There are various chemical forms of vitamin B12 available on the market that can be used in food, e.g. cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, 5-deoxyadenosilobalamine and methylcobalamin.

Cyanocobalamin is the most popular form of B12 available in dietary supplements, but vitamin B12 in the form of a chemical form METHYLCobalamin is the most active form of it. Methylcobalamin is best absorbed, because in the body it does not have to be converted to a methyl form, like the popular cyanocobalamin on the market.

By providing methylcobalamin to the body, we give the body ready active ingredient.
