The Landspider Eurotraxx AS tyre tread has an advanced V-shaped directional pattern (so-called. herringbone system), which is typical for modern, high-performance all-season tires. This design is designed to optimally balance performance in extremely different conditions – from hot, dry summers to cold and wet winters.

Central Rib Design (Directional “V” Layout):

• In the central part of the tread, the blocks form a compact sagittal pattern. This system guarantees excellent stability when driving straight ahead and precision handling at higher speeds.
• The blocks in the central zone are densely covered with zigzag incisions (lamels). They increase tread flexibility at low temperatures and create numerous gripping edges that attach to the snow, ensuring safe traction in winter.

Effective Water Drainage and Aquaplaning Protection:

• The tread features an open pattern with wide, deep perimeter and transverse channels extending from the center to the shoulders of the tire.
• This system allows for rapid and effective evacuation of water, slush and molten snow from the front of the tire, which dramatically reduces the risk of dangerous aquaplaning.

Side Grip Edges and Stability in Turns:

• The shoulder zone of the tyre consists of more massive, optimized pads arranged transversely. They are responsible for the rigidity of the tire during turning and during sudden maneuvers.
• A dense network of gripping edges on the shoulders of the tire improves lateral grip on slippery surfaces, which translates into a secure maintenance of the track on snow and wet surfaces.
