⭕ How is the planetary system different from ordinary mixing?

The planetary system makes the agitator rotate not only around the bowl, but also around its own axis. Thanks to this, the ingredients are thoroughly collected from the entire bowl, evenly mixed and aerated – without clumps of flour or butter.
