Gel mat brand HEVA® is an innovative and incredibly effective solution that allows you to cool your pet even on the hottest days. The mat does not require any power supply, and also e.g. pre-cooling in the refrigerator. The cooling effect is triggered by the pressure of the animal's body and is felt for several hours. Specially designed chambers allow optimal distribution of the gel, thanks to which it does not move outside the animal's body and ensures effective cooling even during long hours of lounging.

After the cooling effect has subsided, simply set aside the mat for 15 minutes so that the gel inside regains all its properties.

1. Is the mat safe for my pet? Yes, our cooling mat is completely safe for pets. The gel it is filled with is not toxic. Even in the event of accidental damage to the mat and gel escaping, it does not pose a threat to your pet's health.
2. What should I do if my pet does not want to use the mat? Some animals need a moment to get used to the novelty. This is normal if the pet does not want to lie on the mat right away. Try putting your pet’s favorite blanket or his favorite toy on it to encourage them to use it. You can also place the mat in his favorite place to rest. The lack of willingness to use the mat by the pet is not a defect of the product.
3. Is the mat resistant to damage? The material from which the mat is made is resistant to abrasion and wear, but is not resistant to mechanical damage, such as cuts with sharp objects (e.g. scissors, sharp claws, or biting). Please be careful and supervise your pet to prevent such damage.
4. What if the mat mechanically damages or the gel spills out? Mechanical damage such as cuts, holes or tears caused by use (e.g. Biting, sharp claws, contact with sharp objects), are not subject to complaint under the warranty. In the case of mechanical damage and gel spillage, the mat unfortunately loses its cooling properties.
