Among the new features of the Hero 12 camera was, among others, Timecode synchronization, with which advanced users with more than one HERO12 Black camera can synchronize the cameras to the same time code to facilitate the installation of materials from multiple cameras. The option is supported by programs such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier and many others. It is a significant acceleration of the post-production process.

CAPTURE EVEN MORE COLORS WITH HERO 12

With the HERO12 Black camera, you have the option to choose between saving images with different color depths: 8-bit, 10-bit or logarithmic. With a depth of 10 bits, you'll get a palette of over a billion colors, resulting in a richer color spectrum, smoother transitions between them, and more realistic sequences in your movies. The use of 8-bit color depth, in turn, will reduce the file size.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

The GoPro HERO 12 Black sports camera is equipped with two color screens. The 2.27” main touch screen for device operation and preview now works much faster and more precisely. The 1.4” front LCD display has several operating modes, allowing you to display the status of recording, parameters or live preview, which makes it much easier to crop selfie shots and record vlogs.

The 8:7 aspect ratio in each image allows you to capture more of the sky and horizon, opening up a lot of room for creative experimentation. With the GoPro Quik app, you have the ability to modify and crop your shots while maintaining excellent texture quality and sharpness. The HERO12 Black further expands its capabilities with the HyperView digital lens. This unique lens, available only on GoPro cameras, converts footage recorded in 8:7 format into a 16:9 aspect ratio panoramic image. The result is an incredibly authentic video image that adds dynamics to recordings from a first-person perspective and allows you to capture more details of both the recording and the environment.

STREAM AUDIO VIA BLUETOOTH

Bluetooth technology allows you to wirelessly connect your HERO12 Black camera to compatible devices. For vloggers, this is an amazing opportunity to connect a wireless external microphone that will provide excellent sound quality when reporting events or conducting interviews. Compared to a recording time of 35 minutes for 5,3K60 quality on the HERO11 Black camera before shutting down at 25°C at a wind speed of 0,6 m/s. Thanks to advanced technologies, the Enduro battery also provides greater low-temperature performance compared to other GoPro cameras and batteries.
