Each serving (30 g) contains 22 g of wholesome protein from four sources: soy, peas, rice and hemp. Such a set provides an optimal amino acid profile, supporting regeneration, building muscle mass and overall health.

RECOMMENDED PORTION FOR CONSUMPTION:

One serving (30 g, or 1,5 scoops) should be mixed with 300 – 350 ml of water, and for a denser, dessert consistency – with 250 ml. It is recommended to consume once a day, preferably in the morning, after exercise, between meals or in the evening
