The Falken AZENIS FK520 is an aramid reinforced structure, like racing tyres, structurally stronger and stiffer, which provides greater stability and precision when driving. Thanks to the use of the latest construction techniques, Falken engineers managed to reduce the weight of the tyre by 10% compared to its predecessor. Thanks to the lower weight, unsprung mass and rolling resistance have been reduced, which improves fuel efficiency.

The efficiency of the design is also reflected in the excellent performance of the tyre on both wet and dry surfaces. Falken engineers, as the flagship model in the offer, did not make any compromises when developing these tyres to achieve optimal traction on the road and driving performance. In addition, they have also developed a new tread with Diamond Cut technology for the AZENIS FK520!

Falken used advanced Japanese 4D nano-simulation technology to help develop the edges of Diamond Cut tread pads and integrated noise-canceling components. The layout of these small cavities causes minor turbulence, which effectively reduces the rolling noise of tires, which is synonymous with UHP tires. The optimized contact surface with the surface helps to ensure even wear of the tires and improves contact with the road.
