1. Roll made super-precisely on "so-called. " a hundred according to the old classic method of planting bearings.

CNC boring in the standard "under bearing" (0,01 mm accuracy).

Bearing precisely planted (we press them with a press, on the so-called. 'hundred') and fastened to Seger's settlement ring. This solution eliminates the unfavorable phenomenon of the bearing turning in the roller when it is fitted loosely and crimped.

The bearing in our roller adheres over the entire width of 15 mm of the outer ring of the bearing to the inner surface of the roller, not only with a crease on the surface of 1-1,5 mm.

Remember! Mount the socket and roller so that the roller clearly enters the socket (slightly lifting the gate). Thanks to this, the trolleys are relieved when the gate is closed. Overrun roller with cap and fender, mounted in the running rail.

Its task is to support the weight of the gate in the "locked gate" state.

Thanks to the fender, the gate stops without additional noise, and the force of "impact" is reduced.

This is our production inrun roller, in which the roller is mounted on a pin fastened with a Seger ring (not crimped, without protection, as in most rollers on the market). This eliminates the risk of the pin breaking. This gives you the ability to disassemble and replace the roll itself in case of problems.

Mounting screws "enter" into a rivet nut with a long thread (10 mm, not like the competition thread only in a 3-4 mm plate), which ensures the stability of the mounting connection.

Strong weld of the end cap protects against its detachment.
