MANNOL TS-4 SHPD 15W-40

Innovative mineral-synthetic (Esters + HC-synthesis) all-weather engine oil for modern high-load and high-speed diesel engines with and without turbocharging, operated in difficult conditions. The oil complies with the Global Specification GLOBAL-DHD-1,which takes into account all the requirements of European, American and Japanese manufacturers for heavy diesel engines produced since 1998,working in the most difficult conditions with increased mileage between oil changes,which comply with current standards for the content of toxic substances in exhaust gases and are installed on heavy vehicles (above 3,9 tonnes). Product Properties:

- Ester components in combination with the highest quality mineral-synthetic base meeting the requirements of GLOBAL DHD-1,characterized by optimal viscosity over a wide temperature range,provide excellent anti-friction, anti-friction and anti-wear properties,which significantly extends the life of the equipment in all,even the most extreme operating modes in a wide range of ambient temperatures and provides significant fuel savings;

- Ester components in combination with natural antioxidants provide increased thermal oxidative stability of the oil, which, combined with excellent detergent-dispersing properties (TBN > 10) and low ash content, effectively reduces the formation of scale and varnish, prevents deposition of all kinds and keeps engine parts clean throughout the period between replacements;

- The unique formula containing esters ensures oil resistance to aging, and meanwhile, reducing evaporation, reduces limescale "waste", which allows it to be used in engines with a long service life of up to 45 000 km and in conventional engines;

- Thanks to the base containing esters, optimal viscosity is characterized by excellent low-temperature properties, low flow temperature and reduced initial wear;

- Effectively protects engine parts against all kinds of corrosion;

- It can also be used when using fuel with increased sulphur content.

Designed for all high-load road diesel engines (trailers, buses), off-road (construction, mining and agricultural machinery) and special vehicles from European, American and Asian manufacturers, meeting the requirements of Euro I, II, III, IV meet the required engine oil class CI-4 Plus or lower.

It can also be used in gasoline engines with the required engine oil class API SL or lower.
