Application

Castrol MAGNATEC 5W-30 C2 is suitable for use in vehicles with gasoline, diesel and hybrid engines, where the manufacturer recommends the use of ACEA C2, 5W-30 oil.

C2 classifies this oil as having very good protective properties. It can be used in vehicles equipped with DPF particulate filter, TWC 3-function catalytic systems that require low-viscosity HTHS high-temperature light-speed oils, thus increasing the durability of DPF filters and TWC systems.

This oil is recommended for Peugeot and Citroen engines with particulate filters, where the Ap proval B71 2290 specification is required, and for TOYOTA cars for which the C2 standard is recommended.
