In August 2023, Castrol will start introducing many types of new “small bottles” of products in Europe. With capacities of 0,5, 1, 4 and 5 litres, these packages are designed for logistical efficiency and product durability.

New designs for small bottles of Castrol EDGE, Castrol MAGNATEC and Castrol GTX products will also include new labels. This is done as part of the refresh of the image of the Castrol brand announced earlier in 2023. HOME.

The refreshed brand image will be implemented in stages in all European branches of Castrol in 2023 and 2024. Ultimately, it is to appear on all product packaging, in all partner programs and facilities, as well as in online and offline marketing activities and global sponsorship materials.

With the change of bottles and labels in the small packaging segment, we are also making several changes to our automotive engine oil portfolio to simplify our brand’s product architecture. By renaming variants of some of our products, we make it easy to navigate and manage our portfolio. The recipe of these products will not change.

A summary of these changes is below:

• Castrol MAGNATEC Diesel will be converted to Castrol MAGNATEC
• Castrol EDGE Supercar to be changed to Castrol EDGE
