Penrite Premium Mineral 5 5W-30 5L

Premium Mineral 5W-30 is a high-quality, mineral engine oil with SAE 5W-30 viscosity with friction modifiers.

It is made from pure hydrocracked base oils and includes an advanced anti-wear additive system that provides complete engine protection.

APPLICATION

Premium Mineral 5W-30 is designed for use in modern 4, 6 and 8+ cylinder, multivalve (including VVT), naturally aspirated, supercharged, turbocharged and hybrid engines. It is also suitable for rotary engines (Wankel), such as those used in Mazda RX series vehicles, which require this viscosity class.

Premium Mineral 5W-30 is recommended for use where the manufacturer provides SAE 5W-30 or SAE 10W-30 engine oils. It can be used where SP Resource Conserving API and ILSAC GF-6A specification are required, as well as where previous specifications such as SN Plus, SN, SM, SL, SJ are needed, and where ILSAC GF-5, ILSAC GF-4 or ILSAC GF-3 fuel economy specifications are recommended.

Premium Mineral 5W-30 meets the latest SP Resource Conserving API specification, providing reduced deposits in turbochargers, protection against oxidation, increased efficiency, maintaining fuel economy, protection against timing chain wear and increased protection during idle operation, as well as increased protection against early ignition at low rotational speeds (LSPI).

TYPES OF VEHICLES AND FUELS

Premium Mineral 5W-30 is suitable for use in passenger cars, 4WD vehicles and light commercial vehicles powered by gasoline, LPG (and hybrid vehicles (petrol/electric), including those powered by fuel mixtures containing ethanol. As an API SP Resource Conserving engine oil, the ILSAC GF-6A is suitable for everyday use on the roads in Flex Fuel systems where E85/E10 fuels are used. It is not recommended for use on four-stroke motorcycles with wet clutches. In such cases, use the appropriate Penrite MC-4ST motorcycle oil.

Important information during oil change

NOTE: When changing oil, Penrite recommends using Penrite Engine Flush, a fast-acting, solvent-free engine cleaning rinse that removes deposits, sludge and impurities when draining oil. It contains the addition of zinc to protect against engine wear and tear, and its composition works in 10 minutes.
