They effectively eliminate deposits from fittings, cutlery, glass, and effectively protect the entire water system, heating devices, household appliances, from harmful limescale deposition.

*furcation of the dry tank: consists in the fact that a minimum amount of water is maintained in the brine tank during normal operation of the device (about 6 cm). This means that the salt remains mostly in dry conditions, and the water is not stored in the tank permanently.

At the start of the regeneration cycle, the device first adds the right amount of water to the tank to produce fresh brine of the right concentration. Only after its preparation the process of regeneration of the ion exchange bed takes place.

This solution reduces the risk of salt clumping, reduces the possibility of sediment development and improves the hygiene of the device, because there is no water in the tank between subsequent regenerations.

A special algorithm is responsible for the operation of the control valve, which analyzes water intake in relation to its hardness on an ongoing basis. Based on this information, the device optimizes the moment of regeneration by starting it in advance, while using less water and salt*.

The effective regeneration process, unlike other devices equipped with the dry tank function, takes place without a pause cycle, which significantly shortens the entire process of deposit regeneration. The device in the brining cycle uses soft water, so it does not reduce the ion exchange capacity of the resin.

The regeneration cycle is started fully automatically, without the need for user intervention. Precise dosage of salt and water, adapted to the actual consumption of ion exchange resin, allows to reduce operating costs and reduce the amount of rinses resulting from the regeneration process*.

*in the case of a properly selected softener. The device should be selected in relation to water hardness and actual water consumption, so that, according to calculations, volumetric regeneration occurs on average 6 times a month.

To do this, you need to know:

• Monthly water consumption (e.g. on the basis of an account),
• water hardness.

Based on this data, use the formula: 24 × 2,9 / °dH, where:

• 24: the number of liters of ion exchange resin used in the water softener,
• 2,9: constant ion exchange rate,
• °dH: water hardness expressed in German degrees.

  The above formula determines the maximum efficiency of the deposit for one regeneration.

PATENTED, TROUBLE-FREE CONTROL VALVE.

The control head is equipped with a modern water meter system. During the operation of the device, the flowing water sets in motion a turbine that counts the amount of water consumed, allowing the intelligent, proportional volumetric regeneration process to be started at the right time. The whole process is fully automatic, without user intervention.

The head elements have been protected with a special Teflon coating, protecting the valve components from accelerated wear. The control head also has protection against loss of settings. In the event of a power outage, the configuration data is stored in the device’s memory for a period of not less than 48 hours.

The Electrolux series systems prove that programming the device is easy and intuitive. The devices are equipped with a friendly, uncomplicated controller, and the configuration process has been limited to the absolutely necessary minimum.

After entering the parameter: water hardness, salt level and setting the current time, the head automatically selects the appropriate intervals between individual operating modes. The whole process takes place automatically, without the user’s participation.

SALT LEVEL ALARM AND BY-PASS VALVE WITH BUILT-IN MIXING VALVE

Electrolux softening systems are equipped with a salt level alarm, which informs the user about the need to replenish it, ensuring continuity and proper operation of the device.

The devices on sale are offered with a by-pass valve, which is equipped with a mixing valve. The by-pass valve allows you to carry out service and maintenance work without having to cut off the water supply to the installation. In turn, the MIXING mixing valve allows for precise adjustment of the residual hardness of water at the exit of the device, allowing you to adjust the water parameters to the individual needs of the user.

The devices can be installed on their own or by any plumber of their choice, without losing warranty rights. The manufacturer EcoWater provides access to free video materials showing the start-up and setting of the softener and to the database of services that can perform the assembly and start-up of devices throughout the country.
