• Original by-pass valve with raw water mixer with softened and connection lock with the possibility of quick removal from the installation – the basic mounting hardware is immediately included.
• 10-inch pre-filter with antibacterial coating and a supply of foam cartridges for two years (8 pieces) stops mechanical contaminants such as sand, silt, rust and sediment — protects the head and bed from damage.

The device is equipped with a by-pass with angular (default) or straight (on request) connections and a 1" GZ connection adapter that allows you to connect the softener without a by-pass - then you will save about 20 cm of space to a depth.

• Yes — Hydro Water 13 Premium is designed for self-assembly. The PREMIUM PACK set includes a set of connections, a drain hose for plumbing and a by-pass. You have step-by-step instructions and our telephone support. Self-assembly, properly performed, is completely allowed and safe.

How much salt does Hydro Water 13 Premium consume and how much does it cost per month?

• Thanks to the use of high-quality monospheric resin, the softener consumes approx. 30% less salt for regeneration (approx. 2,1 kg per cycle). The total cost of operation (salt + water + electricity) is only a few dozen zlotys per month. In the PREMIUM PACK set you get 25 kg of salt right away, which will last for a long time.

Is softened water from Hydro Water 13 Premium safe to drink?

• Yes. The product has certificates, including the PZH certificate, confirming the safety of contact with drinking water. The softening process is the exchange of ions, and the amount of sodium left is minimal. Plus, the built-in Smart Soft feature allows you to mix softened water with raw water, regulating the final output hardness to your preference.

Is softened water safe for children and infants?

• Yes – a soft water bath is recommended for sensitive skin and AD (atopic dermatitis). Soft water does not dry out and does not irritate. For drinking water for the little ones, you can always use the Smart Soft function to precisely set the appropriate residual hardness in the taps.
