The dog and cat fountain is made of scratch, crack, and corrosion-resistant steel. Stainless steel is also very hygienic – it doesn't absorb harmful substances or retain odors. The PetSafe Seaside holds 1.7 liters of water and features two filters – a foam filter and a carbon filter – that remove unpleasant tastes and odors, and trap impurities like pet hair. The device operates quietly – the water stream flowing freely down the spout doesn't create the splashing sound that typically occurs when a stream hits the water surface from a height. Furthermore, thanks to its "360°" design, water is accessible from all sides of the bowl, meaning multiple pets can use the fountain at the same time. Non-slip feet stabilize the bowl and prevent it from moving while pets drink eagerly. The PetSafe Seaside pet drinking fountain can be easily disassembled for cleaning, and the bowl with the spout is dishwasher safe. The fountain is powered by electricity (power cord to mains socket included).
