The filter consists of granulated activated carbon. The porous structure of carbon provides its large active surface area, thanks to which it is possible to effectively remove chlorine and its derivatives, heavy metals and various organic substances from the water. Thanks to the use of an additional filter element with a spongy structure in the cartridge, activated carbon does not enter the water, and in addition some mechanical impurities are eliminated.

All DAFI filter cartridges can be used individually or in multi-element configurations depending on the desired effect. E.g. for hard and chlorinated water, a configuration is recommended, which includes a resin and carbon filter. It is recommended to use the polypropylene cartridge as the last step of each configuration.

Dafi Replacement Cartridges:
