1. How is Alkanatur Drops different from popular filter jugs?

Popular filter jugs use ion exchange resin, which softens water and removes chlorine, but often raises sodium levels. Alkanatur Drops does not contain resin - it filters water with activated carbon and ceramics, at the same time alkalizing it to pH 8,5-9,5, giving it a negative ORP and enriching it with magnesium. This is a completely different level of filtration.

2. What is ORP and why is negative ORP good?

ORP (reducing-oxidative potential) is a measure of the ability of water to give away or take up electrons. Water with a negative ORP contains active hydrogen and acts as a natural antioxidant - it helps the body neutralize free radicals that accelerate aging and promote inflammation.

3. Does the jug alkalize water immediately?

Yes. Alkalisation and change of ORP occur during filtration. After filtering, you can immediately check the pH with the included test strips and see the result.

4. How do I activate a new contribution?

Remove the tank from the jug and pull out the cartridge. Fill the jug halfway with water, dip the cartridge with the convex part down and shake to remove air. Insert the cartridge with the convex part up and mount the tank. Before the first consumption, filter 4 jugs of water.

5. When to replace the cartridge?

At the latest every 3 months or after filtering approx. 400 liters. You can also control the water quality with the included pH strips - when the pH stops growing, it is a sign that the cartridge is close to exhaustion.
