Heating water demineralizer 3200 is a module (connection unit) that allows you to install special inserts, thanks to which we can fill the heating system with demineralized water. Filling the installation with treated water protects it and fittings from boiler stone and corrosion, which are the cause of various damage, destruction and malfunction.

Principle of operation:

The 3200 treatment plant is designed as a system with a resin-filled cartridge (granules tank) causing ion exchange. Depending on the type of resin, water can be softened or demineralized. The resin content allows a certain amount of water to be treated. This amount depends on the amount and type of ion exchange resin, the quality of water on the power supply and the setting of the device. After the flow of a certain amount of water (use the indications of the water meter built into the assembly 3200), replace the resin in the tank.

Installation:

The connection unit 3200 should be mounted on the included mounting console - the main axis of the device horizontally. When using a tank with 14 and 30 liters of resin, install an additional cylinder bracket/handle.

Attention:

Pursuant to PN EN 1717, an anti-pollution valve type BA should be installed in front of the treatment plant 3200 to prevent backflows from the heating system to the drinking water system. For this purpose, we recommend the filling valve of the SYR type BA 6628 Plus system, which automatically fills/completes the installation, enables protection of the BA class, ensuring optimal connection to the heating system of the water treatment plant type 3200.

Execution:

Replaceable resin cartridge, shut-off valves at the entrance and exit, water meter, service and drain valve, wall mount console, foam insulation. Complete devices for demineralization are equipped with a sensor to measure conductivity. Connections - threaded screws. The functional parts of the cartridge are made of high-quality plastic. Sealing parts made of age-resistant elastomer. The other functional parts are made of brass and stainless steel.
