The set is designed for self-assembly. All layers are self-adhesive, you do not need additional glue.

The Bitmat Optimal Kit is a set of three professional sound-absorbing materials, designed for effective noise suppression in sewerage verticals. It consists of: butyl mat AB 2,5s (2,5 mm), rubber foam K9s (9 mm) and solid rubber LG2s (2 mm). This combination reduces water flow noise, eliminates vibrations and blocks the transmission of structural sounds. The set is perfect for building GK and wherever acoustic comfort and solid silencing of the installation count. All elements are self-adhesive, which makes installation much easier.

What does the set consist of?

The Optimal Set is based on materials of different density and action, which create an effective, multilayer acoustic barrier:

✴ The butyl mat Bitmat AB 2,5s - reduces vibration and resonance, stiffens the surface of the pipe and minimizes structural noise transmission. Covered with extruded aluminum, flexible and easy to roll out.

✴ Rubber foam Bitmat K9s - closed-cell structure, resistant to moisture and aging. It perfectly suppresses acoustic waves in the range of medium and higher frequencies. It has a very strong technical adhesive.

✴ Solid rubber Bitmat LG2s - flexible, high-density sound-absorbing layer. It stops acoustic waves and provides an effective soundproofing shield – especially in the buildings of the Capital Group.

Assembly of soundproofing materials:

1. Stick the butyl mat AB2,5s and roll it out until the structure on the aluminum layer disappears (roller available in offer no. 5269887258).
2. On the butyl mat AB2,5s stick the rubber foam Bitmat K9s and press down with your hand.
3. Close the whole with a layer of solid rubber Bitmat LG2s. If necessary, strengthen the joints with Duct Tape reinforced tape available in offer no. 15840474746.
