Purified mumio (Shilajit) is a natural substance. Mumio is a natural source of fulvic minerals, ready for human consumption. Purified mumio supports: functions of the immune system; maintenance of normal joint condition; functioning (activity) of the urinary system; digestion, metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids; impact on body weight; reproduction; rejuvenation. Shilajit contains, among others, 30 elements such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, zinc, amino acids, essential oils, fatty acids or vitamins B1, B6, B12.
Use of the product
Dissolve the contents of the sachet (5 g) in 500 ml of boiled, slightly warm water, the temperature of which should not exceed 40°C. Store the reconstituted solution in a refrigerator. Take 2-4 tablespoons (20ml - 40ml equivalent to 200-400 mg mumio purified) in the morning 30 minutes before a meal. We recommend that you consume the prepared solution within 30 days.
