The device records in Full HD standard and has 4 video resolution modes: 1920x1080(30fps) / 1280x720(60fps) / 1280x720(30fps) / 640x480(30fps). The user receives a 2,7” HD TFT LCD display, which displays the recorded material in real time. It can also be used to view archival recordings.

The recorder has a loop recording function and the ability to set the file length in the range of 1, 3 or 5 minutes. Thanks to this, when the memory card runs out of free space, the device will automatically delete the oldest saved files and replace them with the current recording. To prevent the loss of an important part of the recording, an SOS function is available that protects the file from automatic deletion. A file saved in SOS mode can be deleted by the user when editing material on the computer. In addition, the device is equipped with an overload sensor, which also protects recordings against deletion during a collision or collision. Thanks to the parking monitoring function, it is possible to record the image while the car is stationary in the parking lot. For proper operation of the device, a minimum lighting of 1 LUX is required.

The BP 3.0 has a motion detection function, thanks to which the recorder turns on the recording only if there is a moving object in front of the recorder lens. This function can also be used to turn on the recorder. In addition, there is an option to automatically turn on the camera when the ignition is turned on, the condition is a connected power cord. It is also possible to start manually using the button on the housing. After switching the recorder to camera mode, you can take photos with a resolution of 12M / 8M / 5M / 3M / 2M / 1.2M / VGA.
