The tea bottle should only be kept by the caregiver and should not be used to put the baby to sleep. It should be stored in a cool and dry place. Once opened, close tightly and use within 6 weeks.

1 heaped teaspoon (3,75 g) Humana Fruit tea per 100 ml of water. Serve only freshly prepared tea. Don't add sugar! The remaining tea should be discarded.

• Pour 100 ml of boiled warm water into a clean bottle, or in the case of older children into a clean cup.
• Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Humana Fruit tea to 100 ml of water and stir. Use a dry spoon for preparation.
• Cool to a temperature of approx. 37°C.
