The manufacturer of software offers a reliable and extremely easy-to-use driver card reader with TachoBit software for downloading, archiving data, previewing activities, used cars, meters, mileage, also from files located on a CD or other media. Downloading data from driver cards requires connecting the reader to a computer running TachoBit. After reading the driver card, TachoBit will save the DDD file and can automatically send it by email or to the FTP server
The set reads driver cards of the first generation and the second generation version of the first G2 and the second version of G2v2. G2v2 cards issued since 21.08.2023 have an increased capacity and collect additional data from smart 4.1 tachographs such as border crossings and loading.
If you have a G2v2 card, DDD files with readout should be about 120KB each, smaller files do not contain all the required data!

The reader can be used by a driver who has a portable computer on the go to regularly read data from his card and graphically preview activities and other data:

The program displays only the days on which the activities were recorded, so you do not have to search the calendar to find the driver’s activity. The calendar can be quickly scrolled with a mouse wheel or buttons ← ↑ → ↓ .
INSERT AND REMOVE THE CARD WILL BE READ AND THE FILE SENT BY EMAIL!
The ability to send readings to any e-mail address or to the FTP server means that the program can also be used as a terminal. After a simple configuration (entering the e-mail and parameters of the sending account - just like in outlook), the program will send DDD files, e.g. to the headquarters or to the settlement company. The program has an internal mechanism for sending files, so you do not need Outlook or another email program, you only need an Internet connection.
DDD, ESM (or other formats) files that are on your hard drive, CD, flash drive, etc. can be opened in TachoBit to review activities, cars, meters.
TachoBit reads and writes in DDD files all periods on the driver cards!
CHANGING COMPUTERS IS NOT A PROBLEM!
For a full operation it is necessary: install the program and drivers, connect the reader purchased in the set and enter the license code. If the license code is not entered and the reader from the set is not connected, the program will not save DDD files and the data preview will be limited to the last 5 days.
The obligations arising from the use of a digital tachograph are:
- downloading data from the driver card max. every 28 days.
- downloading data from the memory of the digital tachograph max. every 90 days (the reader with TachoBit reads only driver cards, does not read digital tachographs! )
