THE SIM CARD IS INSTALLED ON THE WATCH TURNED OFF OR IF IT WAS NOT, WE IMMEDIATELY RESTART - THE WATCH INITIALIZES THE CARD ONLY WHEN SWITCHED ON.

After a while from inserting, the watch should already have a range and after a few more, a cellular data icon should appear.
