1. Preparation Before Use

Check whether the device model is correct and all accessories are complete before use. Choose a SIM card compatible with the GSM network and confirm it is a 2G SIM card. Important note: Insert the SIM card while the watch is powered off. The watch SIM card must have GPRS service and caller ID function enabled. Locate the barcode or QR code for user registration, then install the APP client on your mobile phone. Please consult customer service for more details.

2. Product Functions

Real-time GPRS positioning, location tracking, incoming and outgoing call monitoring, movement trail recording, watch alarm clock, electronic safety fence, SOS emergency alert, low battery alert, weather forecast, remote power-off, built-in games, local photo capture, remote photo capture and manual dialing. The watch supports dual control management via either mobile APP client or computer-based GPRS service platform.

3. Client Operation Guide

You may obtain the QR code from customer service to download the APP. New users need to register an account first. Tap Register Now to follow the registration steps. Notice: Select the correct region. Choose Poland if you are in Poland. After successful account registration, the watch will be bound to your account through the watch’s exclusive registration number. Important reminder: The registration code is a 15-digit barcode number instead of the IMEI code; customers must tell them apart carefully.

Registration may fail in two situations: A. The device ID does not exist or has already been registered. This problem must be solved by authorized agents. B. The input account has been registered, which means the account is occupied. Users only need to replace the account number to complete re-registration.
