⭕Recipe for fluffy waffles⭕

➡ Ingredients (approx. 16 pieces)

3 cups flour

4 eggs

¼ teaspoons of salt

½ cups of sugar

1 and ¾ cups sparkling water

½ cups of oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

➡ Execution

Separate the egg yolks from the proteins. Beat the proteins into a stiff foam with a little salt. Mix the egg yolks with sugar in another dish, then add oil, water and mix.
