How to adjust the bar (assembly) – what to look for:

  • Adjust the length to the width of the frame.
  • Spin the ends until the bar firmly jams into the door frame.
  • Make sure the surface is hard, dry and clean.
  • Check the stability before each workout – pull the bar slightly.
  • Do not mount on delicate door frames or narrow door frames.

Recommended installation with 10% length – the bar should be unscrewed by max. 90% adjustment range to maintain optimal downforce and safety.

Requirements for the mounting surface:

  • Stable and hard ground – preferably masonry walls, concrete or solid door frames.
  • No cracks or soft materials – do not install in cardboard-gypsum walls or in weak, thin frames.
  • Appropriate width – check what adjustment range your bar has and adjust to the size of the door opening.
  • Smooth and even surface – bar ends should adhere well to avoid slipping.

Safety tip: always check that the bar is firmly wedged and does not move before training.
