The Art Monitor Audio-Technics series includes high-end hi-fi headphones designed to provide the user with an unforgettable music experience, every day. The ATH-A990Z headphones do the job perfectly. This closed over-the-ear design uses newly developed drivers with a diameter of 53 mm, which in combination with a special Double Air Damping system provide an extremely natural and clear sound, including that stored in high-resolution files. The headphones boast an extremely wide frequency response, extending from 5 Hz to as much as 42 kHz.
The pleasure of using headphones is enhanced by the over-the-ear design, with soft ear collars and light weight, possible m.in. thanks to the use of aluminum housings. The perfect fit to the size and shape of the head is enabled by the headband with 3D system, guaranteeing comfort of using the ATH-A990Z even during long listening sessions. The luxurious nature of the headphones is emphasized by the metallic green, on which the ear cups are colored, as well as the tangle-resistant cable with a material braid. The headphones are hand-assembled in Japan, which is an additional guarantee of their perfect performance.
