The USB-C car camera power adapter is a reliable and convenient solution that allows you to keep your camera powered up, even when the engine is turned off. By connecting directly to the fuse socket in the car, the adapter ensures continuous operation of the camera, which is especially useful when parking, allowing you to record events around the clock.

The use of an adapter connected to the fuse box allows you to power the video recorder directly from the car battery. The camera also works when the car is parked and the engine remains off, without the need for a cigarette lighter socket.

Thanks to the adapter, it is possible to use the advanced parking mode of the recorder. The vehicle is monitored around the clock. The recorder automatically detects events in your car's surroundings, providing extra protection and peace of mind when you're not in place.

Active parking mode allows for uninterrupted monitoring of the car with the engine turned off.

The power adapter is responsible for converting 12 to 24 V to 5 V and protects the vehicle battery from excessive discharge, which could prevent the engine from starting. When the battery level drops to a set value, the adapter automatically cuts off the power supply to the video recorder.

To properly connect the adapter, you must first locate the fuse, which provides a constant power supply – even after turning off the vehicle’s ignition. The adapter is equipped with three input cables, each of which performs a specific function:

Battery+ (yellow) – a cable designed to be connected to a DC power supply circuit, which provides voltage regardless of the position of the ignition.

ACC (red) – a cable connected to the active circuit after turning on the ignition, i.e. after turning the key.

GND (black) – a mass cable that must be firmly attached to the metal element of the vehicle body.
