Satechi 7-in-1 USB-C Slim Multiport Adapter with Ethernet in Silver is a silver adapter that extends one USB-C port with seven connectors: HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, two USB-A, SD and microSD card readers and USB-C Power Delivery. It supports up to 4K video at 60Hz, data transfer via USB-A up to 10Gbps, and charging your main device with up to 80W of power.

The adapter has an aluminum housing and an integrated braided USB-C cable with reinforcement at the connector. Works without installing drivers or additional software.

HDMI output with 4K support at 60 Hz

The HDMI port allows you to connect one external display and transfer images at up to 4K resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate.

The USB-C port of the main device must support DisplayPort Alt Mode to use the image. The manufacturer requires a direct HDMI-HDMI connection. Connections using additional adapters or signal converters are not supported.

Gigabit Ethernet for wired connection

The built-in RJ45 port allows you to connect an Ethernet cable and use a wired network at speeds up to 1 Gbps. The connector supports 10, 100 and 1000 Mbps connections.

The LEDs at the Ethernet port indicate the connection status. Continuous light signals the connection being established, and flashing indicates network activity.

Two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports

Two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 connectors are used to connect peripherals and transfer data at speeds up to 10 Gbps.

The manufacturer recommends using up to one external drive at a time due to the power demand. USB-A ports are not designed to charge smartphones or tablets. The adapter does not support CD and DVD drives, including Apple SuperDrive.

SD and microSD card readers UHS-I

The USB-C PD connector is for power only. It does not support data or image transfer. Actual charging power depends on the charger used.

Connection without installing drivers

To start using the adapter, connect its USB-C cable to a compatible device and then connect the accessories to the appropriate ports. The LED indicator signals the connection of the hub.
