XTS-AES encryption for data protection and automatic USBtoCloud backup

Kingston IronKey Locker+ 50 USB flash drives offer consumer-grade security with XTS-based AES hardware encryption, including protection against BadUSB attacks thanks to digitally signed firmware and brute force attacks against passwords. LP50 memory is also compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).

LP50 memory currently supports the option of multiple passwords (administrator and user) in complex password or password expression mode. Complex password mode allows you to enter passwords consisting of 6-16 characters belonging to 3 out of 4 character sets. The new password expression mode allows you to enter a PIN number, sentence, word list, or even song text that is 10 to 64 characters long. The administrator can enable or reset the user's password to restore access to the data. To make it easier to enter your password, you can enable the eye symbol so that the password becomes visible, which reduces the risk of typos resulting in failed login attempts. The brute force function blocks the user after 10 invalid passwords entered in a row, and if the administrator password is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row, it cryptographically erases the memory. What’s more, the built-in virtual keyboard protects passwords from keylogger software or screenlogger content.

The Locker+ 50 memory is designed with convenience in mind, so it comes in a small metal case with a key ring hook, so you can take your data wherever you want. The LP50 also comes with an optional backup feature in USBtoCloud (by ClevX) that allows you to access data stored in the cloud through Google Drive, OneDrive (Microsoft), Amazon Cloud Drive, Dropbox or Box. Each user can easily configure the LP50 memory, because you do not need to install any application, and all the necessary software and security are already in memory. The device runs on Windows and macOS, which allows users to access files from multiple systems.
