is a device for generating ultrasonic waves for professional use. With its help, ultrasone therapy and sonophoresis can be carried out.

Ultrasound with a frequency of about 1MHz has been used in treatments for about seventy years. These are sound waves that are inaudible to humans.

Ultrasonotherapy

is a safe sound wave treatment. Ultrasound treatment uses high-frequency vibrations. Human tissues react differently depending on their location. Due to the structure, different tissues may have different sensitivity to ultrasound, e.g. Nerve and muscle tissue are very susceptible, while adipose tissue is more resistant. is the introduction of transdermal active substances by ultrasonic waves. The rate of penetration of superficially applied drugs in the form of gels, creams and ointments depends on many factors - blood supply to the skin, the state of hydration, the presence of disease changes, the thickness of the epidermis. With age, the ability of the skin to absorb chemicals weakens. The method to facilitate this process is sonophoresis. The use of an ultrasound emitting head, combined with a gentle massage, leads to: local increase of calving; widening of blood vessels and increasing blood supply to the skin; facilitating the permeability of cell membranes; increasing the kinetic energy of drug molecules. This enables more efficient passage of medicinal substances and increased therapeutic effect. Using sonophoresis, we can improve the effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs, e.g. diclofenac, naproxen, ketoprofen); steroid drugs (e.g. hydrocortisone, fluticasone, dexamethasone); antiscarring medicines; cosmetic products.
