Our Gravity Trainer is a Total Resistance Exercise (TRX) tape, i.e. using your own body weight. Initially, this type of exercise tapes were developed with the army in mind, but they are so good and versatile equipment that they have settled in homes and gyms for good.

Tapes are extremely easy to use. To start exercising, you just need them:

  • hang behind the door with an anchor or,
  • hang to bar, beam, hook (we recommend our Gravity Trainer Hook) or other fixed point with an extension

Then you need to thread the straps through the loop, adjust the length and you can start exercising.
