How to use: 1. Before exercising, check that the rubber has no cracks or cuts. 2. Place the center of the loop under your feet or on a stable, smooth support point. 3. Grab both sides evenly and assume a stable position. 4. Tighten the rubber with a smooth motion, without tugging, and then slowly return to the initial position. 5. After training, wipe the rubber and store it away from the sun, high temperature and sharp objects.
