The offered patch cord is a shielded RJ45-RJ45 category 6A Ethernet connection in a 1:1 connection. The cable is made of 4-pair copper twisted pair 4x2xAWG 26/7 in SFTP (Shielded-Foiled Twisted Pair) / PIMF (Paired, Individually Metal Foiled) technology, i.e. each pair in an individual foil screen and additionally the whole in a mesh screen. Flooded RJ45 plugs with gold-plated contacts are connected according to the EIA/TIA 568B standard. The cable complies with ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288 and TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1 standards, meets the cat. 6A standard (class EA - 500MHz band) and is dedicated to 10/100/1000/10000Mbps networks, i.e. it guarantees work in Fast Ethernet (100Mb/s), Gigabit Ethernet (1000Mb/s) and 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10000Mb/s) networks.

A special feature that characterizes the offered cable is the angular form of one of the RJ45 plugs. This is helpful or sometimes necessary in the event that a lack of space forces the cable to bend immediately after leaving the socket (e.g. in equipment pushed to the wall or installation cabinets with limited space). Strong cable bend in typical patch cords with "simple" plugs often results in loss or limitation of cable bandwidth. The angled plug allows you to use the cable in places where the available distance is only 2cm.

The angled RJ45 plug allows you to change the direction of the outgoing cable down or up (depending on how the hardware manufacturer mounted the RJ45 port in it). The angle of the plug can be realized in two ways - conventionally called 90° or 270°. The following photographs show the direction of "bend" of the plugins and make it easier to choose the right patch cord.

Ethernet cables come in two types: straight connection cable (Patch cables 1:1) or cross cable (Crossover cables). 1:1 straight cable is the basic connection used in computer networks. It is used to connect computers and other network devices (switches, hubs, routers, network printers, etc. ) for Ethernet computer networks, patch cable is used less often, it is mainly used for direct connection between two computers equipped with network cards bypassing the router and switch.

The cable offered is a 1:1 straight connection cable. We offer crossover adapters that convert any 1:1 straight cable into a patch cable.

Attention! The offered patch cord is double shielded and contains 8 conductors made of copper conductor (AWG26 cable, i.e. with a conductor diameter of approx. 0.5mm). On the market there are patch cords shielded with one common screen made of F/UTP film, which are also called shielded, but compared to SFTP technology (screening each pair separately and an additional screen of the whole) have much worse transmission parameters and often do not guarantee work in Gigabit networks. We guarantee compliance of our patch cords with the parameters presented in the description.
