In many projects, access points and cameras are often installed outdoors or in elevated locations, which increases the chance of lightning hitting cameras and PoE switches. As a result, individual devices are damaged, and with them the entire network. The TEG11 series switches feature a professional lightning protection design for ports and power supply that effectively suppresses lightning current. During a storm, the Tenda TEG11 switch can also provide stable and reliable surveillance network operation and guarantee normal image transmission.
Transmission up to 250 meters outside the limit of 100-meter transmission
Due to the complex monitoring environment, when creating cabling and networks, very often there is a problem of insufficient network transmission distance, when the distance of each camera terminal from the monitoring center varies. The Tenda TEF11 series PoE switches use a common existing twisted pair cable and can support data transmission up to 250 meters. The switch provides gigabit fiber ports that can meet the demand for transmission up to several dozen kilometers.

Ports 1-4 are compliant with IEEE802.3af power standard. The entire switch offers a maximum PoE power of 58W, while each port provides a maximum PoE power of 30W. Ports can be used to power and exchange data with access points and IP cameras.
