PLANET MGS-910XP is an ideal multigigabit switch that offers data throughput of 2,5 Gbps and PoE power over UTP cables. It is designed to meet the needs of high-bandwidth network equipment such as 802.11ax and 802.11ac Wave 2 access points. It offers an ideal hardware configuration with 8 10/100/1000/2500BASE-T ports supporting 32W 802.3at PoE+ power supply each and an additional 10GBASE-X SFP+ port for fiber optic connection. The MGS-910XP eliminates bandwidth limitations when connecting a wireless network to a wired network.

With reliable switching technology and advanced networking features, the MGS-910XP optimizes the installation and power management of network devices such as wireless access points, VoIP phones and surveillance cameras. It also eliminates the need to invest time and resources in installation, as it combines power and data transmission in one device, allowing network devices to work without the limitations of the location of electrical outlets and additional AC cabling. This enables the MGS-910XP to handle massive amounts of data transferred in a secure topology by connecting to the main network backbone or high-power servers.

Unleash 2,5 Gbps bandwidth and device performance

For 6 802.11ax Wi-Fi access devices and 802.11ac wireless access points that achieve access speeds of 1,2 Gbps to 2,6 Gbps, Gigabit ports were unable to meet demand. With support for 10/100/1G/2,5 Gbps capabilities, the MGS-910XP can deliver data not only to 802.11ac wireless access points, but also takes into account both cost and performance. Users can use the CAT 5e cable in their existing environment to increase network speed to 2,5 Gbps while maintaining an economical budget. Therefore, all devices in a network environment can perform their full functions.

Flexible and extensible 10 Gb Ethernet solution

With 10GBASE-X fiber optic link capability, an administrator can now flexibly select the appropriate SFP+ transceiver depending on the required transmission distance or transmission speed to efficiently expand the network and provide wide bandwidth, range and powerful processing capabilities.

Perfectly integrated solution for IP surveillance in PoE technology

The MGS-910XP provides an ideal and secure monitoring system at a lower total cost. This device offers 8 10/100/1000/2500 Mbps ports supporting PoE+ 802.3at power, capable of delivering sufficient PoE power to 8 IEEE 802.3af/IEEE 802.3at compliant IP cameras simultaneously. It can also connect to an 8-channel recorder (NVR), has a 10GBASE-X SFP+ port to the main switch and monitoring center. Thanks to this powerful switch architecture, saved video files from PoE IP cameras can be stored in the NVR system, where the administrator can control and monitor surveillance images both on the local LAN and in remote locations.
