The HP 830 Unified Wired-WLAN series switches integrate the functions of a wireless controller and a GbE switch. The switches in this series are equipped with 1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, each supporting up to 30W of PoE+ power and managing IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac access points, offering unified access, consistent policy implementation and radio communication optimization for small or medium-sized branch offices. The 24-port HP 830 PoE+ Unified Wired-WLAN switch offers 2 optional 10 GbE slots on the rear panel to allow critical transmission points to be discharged at the WLAN center. The HP 830 Unified Wired-WLAN switch series is part of the HPN Mobility solution.
