Compact and almost silent – cool operation Small enough to easily fit in most workplaces, the Twin25G adapter is still large enough to provide adequate airflow inside the housing to allow a temperature controlled variable speed fan to keep the adapter always running cool and quiet.

Intelligent operation – efficient operation The Twin25G card achieves high throughput with minimal load on the host processor. The smart adapter controller has its own internal processing system with built-in memory to process TX/RX data using a small amount of CPU resources. When data appears in queues, TX checksums are calculated on the fly during data transfer; RX checksums are quickly verified and data is immediately transferred directly to the main memory. This independent controller operation minimizes latency and prevents packet drops. The CPU is released to perform other tasks.
